afterSundays Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the afterSundays website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).
afterSundays is a dating platform for Christian singles that facilitates curated group dinners and mutual matching.
By creating an account or using afterSundays, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility
To use afterSundays, you must:
Be at least 18 years old.
Be legally able to enter into an agreement.
Be single and not currently married or in an exclusive romantic relationship.
Join in good faith as someone who identifies with the Christian faith.
Provide accurate and truthful information.
Not have previously been banned from afterSundays unless we give written permission to return.
We may suspend or remove accounts that do not meet these requirements.
2. Your Account
You are responsible for the accuracy of your profile and for keeping your login information secure.
You agree not to:
Create a fake or misleading profile.
Impersonate another person.
Create multiple accounts.
Misrepresent your age, relationship status, identity, photos, faith, or other profile information.
Allow another person to use your account.
3. Matching and Table Curation
afterSundays uses profile information, preferences, personality questions, values, interests, faith-related information, location, and other compatibility factors to curate dinner tables.
Tables are generally designed around three single women and three single men.
We may use automated systems, human review, or a combination of both to curate tables.
We do not guarantee:
Attraction or romantic chemistry.
A mutual match.
A relationship.
That every preference will be met.
That every dinner will have exactly six attendees if someone cancels or fails to attend.
That you will never meet the same person more than once.
4. Thursday Dinners
afterSundays organizes weekly dinner experiences, generally held on Thursdays at restaurants or other selected venues.
When you book a dinner:
Your reservation is for you only.
You may not bring a guest or +1.
You agree to arrive on time.
You agree to treat other attendees and venue staff respectfully.
You are responsible for your own food, drinks, transportation, and other personal expenses unless stated otherwise.
afterSundays may change the restaurant, time, or other dinner details when reasonably necessary.
Restaurants are independent businesses. afterSundays does not prepare food and is not responsible for food quality, allergens, service, or other venue-related issues.
5. Cancellations and No-Shows
Dinner bookings may be subject to a cancellation deadline shown in the Platform.
Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in booking restrictions, suspension, or removal from afterSundays.
Because each table is intentionally curated, your attendance affects the experience of the entire group.
6. After-Dinner Matching
After a dinner, you may privately indicate whether you would like to connect with another attendee.
Your selection will remain private unless the other person also selects you.
If both people express mutual interest, afterSundays may provide a way for them to connect or exchange contact information.
A mutual match only indicates mutual interest. It does not create any obligation to communicate, meet again, begin a relationship, or continue contact.
7. Community Standards
All members must follow the afterSundays Community Guidelines.
You agree not to engage in:
Harassment, bullying, intimidation, stalking, or threats.
Sexual harassment or unwanted sexual behaviour.
Hate speech or discriminatory abuse.
Fraud, scams, financial solicitation, or deceptive conduct.
Commercial promotion or recruitment.
Illegal activity.
Misrepresentation.
Sharing another member’s private information without permission.
Conduct that creates a meaningful safety risk to others.
Christian faith or personal beliefs may never be used as justification for harassing, humiliating, threatening, or mistreating another person.
Violations may result in warnings, restrictions, suspension, or permanent account removal.
8. Safety
afterSundays facilitates introductions between adults but does not control individual users or their behaviour outside the Platform.
You are responsible for using reasonable judgment when interacting with other members.
We encourage all members to meet in public settings, respect personal boundaries, and report concerning behaviour.
Serious safety concerns may result in immediate suspension while we review the matter.
Where reasonably required or permitted by law, we may cooperate with law enforcement or other authorities.
9. Payments
Certain afterSundays services may require payment.
Prices, billing terms, and any applicable subscription or booking fees will be shown before purchase.
Payments may be processed through third-party providers such as an app store or payment processor.
Unless required by law or otherwise stated at purchase, fees may be non-refundable once a booking or paid service has been used or the applicable cancellation period has passed.
Deleting the app does not automatically cancel an active subscription.

Refund eligibility depends on the product purchased, the timing of cancellation, applicable app-store rules, and local consumer laws.

Our handling of personal information is described in the afterSundays Privacy Policy.
By using the Platform, you acknowledge that your information may be used for account management, table curation, compatibility matching, dinner coordination, safety, and other purposes described in the Privacy Policy.
12. Content and Photos
You retain ownership of the photos and content you submit.
You give afterSundays a limited licence to host, display, process, and use that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, improve, and provide the Platform.
You may not upload content you do not have the right to use.
We will not use your likeness in advertising or promotional content without appropriate permission.
13. Account Suspension and Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate an account where we reasonably believe:
These Terms were violated.
Community Guidelines were violated.
Fraud or abuse occurred.
Another user’s safety may be at risk.
The Platform is being misused.
Serious violations may result in immediate termination.
You may contact help@aftersundays.app if you believe action was taken against your account in error.
14. No Guarantee of Dating Outcomes
afterSundays helps introduce Christian singles and create opportunities to meet in person.
We do not guarantee that you will:
Like someone at your dinner.
Receive a mutual match.
Go on a second date.
Enter into a relationship.
Find a spouse.
Dating and relationships involve personal decisions and circumstances beyond our control.
15. Limitation of Responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, afterSundays is not responsible for:
The actions or statements of other users.
Relationship outcomes.
Venue service or food.
Transportation to or from dinners.
Personal expenses incurred at a dinner.
Losses caused by information you voluntarily share with another member.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.
16. Intellectual Property
The afterSundays name, branding, software, design, text, graphics, and other Platform materials are owned by or licensed to afterSundays.
You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the Platform for its intended purpose.
You may not copy, sell, reverse engineer, exploit, or commercially use the Platform without permission.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as afterSundays evolves.
If we make material changes, we may notify you through the app, website, or email.
Continued use after the updated Terms take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
